If you've never, ever read 📙 the English 🇬🇧 Patient, it is one 1️⃣ of the best stories that I've ever read. It has an unsettling intelligence and beauty 🌅 to it. It is haunting 👻 and harrowing all at the same time. If is a little bit of a war novel, as it takes place around WWII, however, it is still so beautiful. It is about a nameless, burn 🔥 victim and the nurse that takes care of him. The love 💑 they have for each other unfolds and it is breathtaking.

## 2. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

## 5. Delirium by Lauren Oliver

Now this book 📔 is actually one 1️⃣ of three 3️⃣ and I loved ❤️ this book. It is set 🎬 in Portland, ME and basically, it states 🇺🇸 that love 🌹 is a disease and the main character, Lena Haloway is looking forward 📩 to getting cured of it. It makes you really think about what love 💚 really is and how it can change you completely.

## 6. The Fault in Our Stars 🔭 by John Green

This one 1️⃣ is for my wife. She got me into reading 📰 John Green, just this one book 📙 and I fell in love 💜 with it. Sure, I didn't cry when the boy 👦🏽 died but still, it was so good! This book 📔 makes you think about love 💟 lost 😕 and also makes you appreciate what you have, because who knows what is going 👣 to happen tomorrow.

## 7. I Am Not Myself These Days: a Memoir by Josh Kilmer-Purcell

This is a book 📚 that my now wife and I passed back 🔙 and forth, underlining lines in this book. You could say that we fell in love 💜 over this book. If you've never heard 👂 of Josh Kilmer-Purcell, then this is your chance to meet him as Aqua, a drag-queen and you get to really understand his background and the love 💙 story that goes behind it.
