That is how much I love this cookbook. It has over 600 recipes that are full of flavor. Shaw is very adept at creating recipes full of spices and herbs that complement each other. There is even a section at the end that discusses the flavor profiles of all the different herbs and spices and how to combine them together in your own recipes. She also includes many tips on how to change the recipes to create something new. In many ways this cookbook also teaches you how to be a chef.
